In part one, we’ll explore the cost of fragmentation: toxic workplace behavior, attrition, stress, world event and workforce disengagement. And how these types of working environments impact our nervous systems that lead to overwhelm, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression and physical symptoms. And how we lose access to attention, focus, inner stability and resilience.
