Alex Camp is a Partner in McKinsey’s People & Organizational Performance Practice (POP) and leads the firm’s work on Organizational
Health globally.
Based out of the New York Office, she focuses on critical HR topics such as performance oriented organizational design, effective decision making, high performance culture, leadership and talent management, and employee experience and value proposition.
Her recent work includes leading culture transformation programs for 50+ organizations globally focused on defining the specific behaviors aligned to drive sustainable performance.
Prior to McKinsey, Alex worked as an org strategy consultant with a focus on large scale transformational change, training and talent development in the technology space. She has an M.B.A in Organizational Behavior and Competitive Strategy from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. in National Security studies and Leadership studies from American University.
